ATA Travel Awards
Overview:
The ATA Travel Awards Program allows you to earn Points for each qualifying flight. Travel Awards Members can earn a free companion ticket after as few as two (2) roundtrips.

Rack up 15,000 Travel Awards Points for qualifying flights in a 12-month period to qualify for ATA Elite status. The ATA Elite status is valid for one year from the date awarded.
Conversion of Travel Awards Points to Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards credits
ATA Travel Awards Members who are also Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Members can convert their Travel Awards Points into Rapid Rewards credits. Points must be converted in increments of 7,250 to receive 16 Southwest Rapid Rewards credits, or one roundtrip Rapid Rewards Award. Rapid Rewards Awards can be used on any scheduled service Southwest Airlines sells in the continental U.S.
