Overview:
The Board Room is Alaska Airlines’ VIP lounge that provides members with a luxury waiting room and work space to escape from the general airport waiting areas. There are six Board Room locations on the West Coast and another 51 locations via reciprocal privileges at partner VIP lounges; Northwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and Continental Airlines.
The Board Room is a perfect place to catch up on work, read, make phone calls, or just debrief from your flight. Board Room members are allowed to access for up to two guests. The lounge provides private work spaces, complimentary sodas, snacks, beer, wine, and cocktails in select locations. The Board Room does not provide free Internet access.

The Board Room also provides a host of customer services ranging from flight status, flight changes, setting up meetings in the conference rooms, connecting to the Internet, or finding a local restaurant. Some of their services include:
- Check-in, seat assignments, and assistance with upgrading to First Class (utilizing your MVP Gold or complimentary upgrades).
- Arrangements for special travel needs including wheelchair, electric cart, escort to gate, meet and greet.
- Assistance with ground transportation arrangements.
- Arrangements for extra privacy; business or personal meetings.
- Liaising with airport services to provide re-accommodations for delayed or canceled flights.
- Assistance with tracing lost items.
- Help with business tools and equipment - copier, fax, analog, high-speed or wireless connectivity.
